while playing this i was like 'why was this so short?? i got an ending so fast'- so when i pressed continue/play again to try and get a new ending and i saw that instead of what he was saying before he said something different and said my name i was like "THINGS ARE DIFFERENT?? THINGS ARE DIFFERENT- WHATS GOING ON I THOUGHT THE GAME ENDED'
Honestly one of the best visual novels by far. It was short, but didn't leave me unsatisfied and it definitely has my brain working and theorizing. The person who did the voice acting did an awesome job. Definitely won't be forgetting the voice anytime soon.
he's beautiful and i have a feeling that he's more than just The Guide...very flirtatious~ anyways beautiful, unique game :3 love the voice acting and the art style!
I liked the plot twist. Like, you'd not guess that he was the guide to the afterlife (or at least in my theory, he is) actually that easily and not think he's just a man who escaped psych ward.
I would genuinely like a sequel about his plans for the ending D, though. Since it kinda left us on a cliffhanger on why he needs us, in my opinion. Loved it, still.

Just finished act 1 in Poetry in Purgatory and couldn't wait for The Guide's route so I'm glad we have this to sate our needs at the moment lol (but please when is the next update?)

Version 0.3 of Poetry in Purgatory is planned for release later this year and it will be the biggest update yet (it will include Act 2 of the main story as well as two new routes and several side stories, along with new music, characters, BGs/CGs, achievements etc).
We're currently finishing up Ezrebeth (Definitive Edition) for its March release but after that it's right back to Poetry. :)
The voice is so good and the art style in both the game and the menu is just *chef's kiss* I'm curious abt what he will do with the mc! (The Guide's attitude and sarcasm reminds me of Five from the Umbrella academy! (in a good way) Especially the way he sounds when he's pissed! )
I LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS! I'm actually a flying student and mc being a pilot has me shook! This convinced me to play your other games to know more about the story and.. Guide. I gotta say... why is he so attractive?..... ahem. Anyways omw to buy your other game rn!<3
